The Living – Resto & Winebar is headed by chef Trung Hoang. Trung enjoyed his education at Spermalie Hotelschool in Bruges and earned his stripes at, among others, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester 3 *in London, Va Doux Vent 1 * in Uccle and La Durée 2 * in Izegem.
Guests are welcome to unwind in the Living where they can order various wines and treats from our all day dining menu provided by our friendly hosts. The Living is open around the clock: 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Guests can also experience The Living – Resto & Winebar menu with a monthly changing 2-course lunch menu or 3-course dinner menu. The menu’s pair well with our extensive wine list which encompasses not less than 43 wines. Whether for a freshly prepared cod fillet, a sweets or charcuterie plate, our specialists are more than happy to select the wine that most beautifully complements your dish.
The Living – Resto & Winebar menu is available from Monday to Friday, from 12.00 noon to 02.00 pm and from 06.00 pm to 09.30 pm and on Saturday from 06.00 pm to 09.30 pm.
